Who makes generic Serp. belts?

Who makes generic belts like masterpro, duralast and napa? I've heard that Gates makes Napa's belts but I was wondering if that pertained only to the ~$50 belt. What about the various ~$28-$40 belts?

1. As far as I know there are only 3 companies that make serpentine belts Gates,Kelly Springfield and Goodyear it doesn't matter if you use a lower priced belt they are all good they just have a different name on them
