How to become an ebay auction specialist?

I want to become an ebay auction specialist, but I don't know how. I've seen a few sites to join to become one but I know they're scams. Can someone help me out here?

Plus if anything goes wrong--item is out of stock, broker, slow or needs to be returned, it's your neck not the dropshippers.
