How do i remove my bid from an ebay auction that i won?
I won two tickets to a penn state game on an ebay auction. I already payed for the tickets but have not recieved them. He said he will send them to me 2-3 weeks before game but i think he might screw me over in the end. Is there a way to get my money back???

- If he's doing what he said he'd do, then why are you assuming he's not going to? Are you paranoid or do you have good reason? Why did you buy if you had any doubts? To answer your question though, you cannot retract a "bid" from a won item because it's no longer a "bid". It's a completed transaction which you agreed to pay for under the terms and conditions of the seller and eBay. Now if he doesn't send you the tickets or they are not as described, you file a dispute with PayPal. Very easy to do. But as of now, you cannot file a dispute because you "think" he's going to screw you! Good luck. PS..Don't bid if you aren't sure and ask all questions BEFORE bidding.
- "Is there a way to get my money back???" YES is the answer to that question! If you paid for an item and the seller doesn't ship within 10 days, you may file a dispute in the eBay Resolution Center. http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/ The seller has 10 additional days to respond; without proof of delivery your seller will have to refund regardless of previous agreement. Even if it is in the auction Description, it's a violation of eBay policy to have a Pre-sale item that can't be delivered within 30 days. http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/pre-sale.html NEVER buy anything from eBay for future delivery beyond 45 days after PayPal payment. https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/User/customerservice/GXOLogin-outside&from=resolution_center&toResCtr=true&fileWhat=claim After that you can't file a PayPal claim and both eBay and PayPal will do NOTHING for you!
