What do I do after Ebay auction is over?

I'm a first time seller on Ebay, my auction is over in a few hours. Am I supposed to email the winner? What exactly are the steps I'm supposed to take after it ends.

1. First step is to send an invoice to the buyer. Next wait for the payment to come through paypal. Pack up the item Log into Paypal and click on the print shipping label next to the payment amount and then weigh the item. Anything under 13 ounces can be shipped out first class, anything over 13 must go priority or parcel post.
