can you set up automatic bidding on ebay and it'll pay on paypal automatically?

I wanted to set up automatic bidding, when the auction ends and if I win.... can I set it up so it would pay for the item automatically? The auction ends late and as soon as the auction ends it needs the money on paypal.

1. automatic bidding but paying automatically no but its not a good idea because it may make you have fees in bank account because if the money isn't in your paypal then it'll take money from bank account but if moneys not there bank account fees
