How do I put a cute border around my ebay auction description?

I would like to put a border around my ebay auction description. I would also like a cute background Does anyone happen to know how to do this? Also, how do you get a URL from a picture?

1. You can use Turbo Lister's ad designer. Do a search in Yahoo for borders and templates. Many free websites that offer the HTML code for free. Copy the code on to a word page, ad your product information and then copy and paste to your listing in the use your own HTML section. Check to make sure it is correct before you submit it.
