What is the best way to sell a warehouse full of new furniture for a discount?

My friend has a 60,000 sq. ft. warehouse full of new furniture mostly from the Steve Silver Company in North Carolina. He has a set price he wants for it and I can keep the difference. I have thought about ebay or craigslist, but there is so much I would really like to sell in bulk quantities for a good price. Where could I sell this much furniture?

Advertise to people on online marketplaces such as Alibaba.com, eBay.com, eBid.net, Amazon.co.uk. -Use free classifieds to advertise your blog, event, site =, business etc etc. Such as: Usfreeads.com, Craigslist.org, Kijiji.com, Uk.freeads.net, Ablewise.com, Vivastreet.co.uk or Classifieds.aol.co.uk etc. You can pay to feature your advert for more advert exposure too add an image, logo to your ads. Works.
3. You could have a real auction, rather than an online one. These can raise a lot of cash fast, though you may need to pay for an auctioneer - prolly the easiest way to do it would be to ring a few auction companies and get quotes. Sfaik they would also take care of advertising (they generally make most of their money friom commission, so the more sold and the higher the prices, the better from their POV), though I guess you would be able to do some on your own account as well.
