In Yahoo Real Estate why are there rent info in the for sale section?

I am trying to look for a house in YAHOO REAL ESTATE but when I do a search, rent crap comes up. Same with YAHOO AUTO section you do a search to buy and lease crap comes up.

1. Yes. When you want to search for houses for sale you get 4 choices: For Sale Foreclosures Apartments for Rent New Homes. If you go to the tab for Post a Rental Listing, your rental ends up in the For Sale category. A $1,200 a month house shows up as Price $1,200. To eliminate the rentals , put in a minimum price in your search. The rentals are all under $3,000. Yahoo charges $54.95 for a rental listing. Maybe they think that if you can't find a house to buy, you'll pick one of the ones to rent. I checked to see if any houses for rent are in the Apartment Rental category but they aren't.
