Garter belts or elastic stockings?

I am being a vampire for Halloween and need fishnet stockings. I can't decide if I should use the elastic ones or buy a garter belt and non elastic stockings.

1. Do whatever you please. You don't have to buy a garter belt, you can if you want, but what I would suggest is that you wear thigh highs with elastic tops or fishnet tights and tear a few holes in the stockings to add some drama. I used to do that when I had a goth stage.
2. Either would be sexy, but you'll kick it up a notch with the garter belt and stockings.
3. First would you re-use a garter belt? would you re-use the one you have in mind for halloween? I wear both styles. The hold ups are less of a pain, but the issue is what effect are you trying to achieve? What else will you wear? how comfortable do you want to be? Good luck.
