how much of a deposit do you need to bring when bidding at a foreclosure sale at the courthouse in California?
I heard it is customary to bring a cashiers check for 10% of the minimum bid, anyone have a good website I can find out more information? Thanks

- Trustee sales are all cash at the courthouse auction. If you are the winning bidder then you will have 1 hour to pay the trustee a cashier check and they will send you a trustee deed. They dont take deposits or wait for you to get financing. Its all CASH..
- 10% and proof that you have funds to pay the other 90%.
