How do I check the reason for someone cancelling an item up for bidding on ebay?

i got this message off ebay You can view the reason provided for the cancellation by selecting the (bid history) link from the individual item page. i also got the item number in the e-mail so if i click on it i go straight to the item

1. its up to the seller to give a reason but they dont always have to
2. Go to the item and look at bid history (near the top) You'll find a reason. There are only a few the seller chooses from such as: error in the listing, item no longer available etc. Pretty generic reasons.
