1. No government is allowed to sell banned items that did not incur any legal costs to confiscate, especially on an auction site. There is a Federal site for confiscated goods and services--those refer to goods seized by IRS and the Feds for narcotics violations. You are confusing the two programmes. To offset the legal costs, laws have been approved to sell confiscate items --not stuff taken on aircraft--they shred and destroy those. I will not be naive into believing that they destroy all--persons have misplaced an item or two before. Boaz
