Does an E34 M5 BMW uses a ribbed belt drive or V-belts ?

.. on both engines : the 3.6 L and 3.8 L models. (?)

1. not many cars wil have a v belt last 10 years or so most are flat ribbed cant mistake it just open hood and look all pulleys flat or v shape look at belts cant mistake either one flat ribbed or v shaped big different in looks
