Is this an eBay scam?

I am the SELLER in this auction. I was selling a MacBook and an iPod touch in the same auction. It sold for $737, but the winning bidder has not paid me. I received a message from a different account, offering me $1100 for both. Here's the first message: "hi there, im interested for your offer with bonus 8Gb ipod touch. i'll paid $1100 for your item. could you ship with UPS 2-3 days? if you accepted, please reply to my email : clsjorie1034@hotmail.com thank you." I replied, saying I would accept his offer if the winner didn't pay me. I also said I only accept PayPal. I got a reply: "im interested and I want ship to my family at Texas, Could you let me know total price include shipping cost to Dallas, Texas for Zip code: 75243. I dont have account paypal this time because i had get problem use that for buy another item for another buyer. Paypal was hold on until the order was arrived to buyer and buyer do feedback for seller, after that paypal release the payment. I had get problem for use paypal and i cancel to buy for my last seller. So, for this time im just use my credit card details for the payment method and you can charged my card with the machine. If you accepted, i'll send it with my address detail and shipping address details. Let me know soon. Hope hear good sound. 1. run away as fast as you can. sounds like a scam. persue the winner for payment or take action through ebay. don't get mixed up with side deals that don't seem on the level.
2. It really sounds complicated to me. Go with your "gut". if you have second thoughts don't get involved with the transaction.

4. Its a scam if they did not bid through Ebay, and nobody would offer you more than $200 than the winning bid unless it was a scam. They want to use a stolen credit card number to purchase the items
