My boyfriend and I recently moved into a home in Arizona that is in the middle of foreclosure. It has been up to auction sale several times and the sale date is constantly pushed out. We do not have a lease and the landlord wants to be paid in cash only. We rented the home because it was such a great deal and we are trying to save $. Once the home is sold when will we have to vacate the premises? Due to us renting the home but with out a lease I am concerned how much time we will have to vacate. Any info anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated!
