why cant i Access this government site? i need it to find out about MOT on car ive just bought.?

ive just bought a car at my local auction's "nice little mini 1.6 :D"and i need to find out if it has an MOT certificate the lady there said look on www.motinfo.gov.uk but when i type that in ,the page just loads forever and dosent come up? can people please quickly try that site on there computers for me to see if the site is actually running or maybe i just cant Access it?? www.motinfo.gov.uk thanks

2. It's working fine. If you're having trouble try rining VOSA instead on 0300 123 9000 and they'll check it for you (bear in mind you'll need info from the log book or new keeper supplement to do this, same as the website)
