Will ebay bother investigating all shill bidding using the same IP?

I was selling an item on ebay, and my sister decided she wanted to buy it but she wouldn't pay the amount I wanted, so I just said win the auction then, cause it was way lower than the price I wanted. Anyway she won the item for like $3 but I never even thought about how illegal this was. I'm worried my accounts are going to be closed. But then I thought would they even bother for a $3 item when she won it anyway and no one got ripped off, btw the item was actually worth $50 so I was hardly trying to drive the price up. But we used the same Wireless connection different comps though but they still would share the same IP. Is this still a serious offence to ebay? or does someone actually have to complain?

1. Unless somebody complains that the price was too high there is no reason for ebay to investigate.
