Starting a 99 Toyota Camry?

I have a '99 Toyota Camry. Since the weather has gotten frigid it's had problems starting but now it won't start at all. Four days ago I could jump start it so I did and took it to Discount Auto Parts. The guy there tested it and said there was plenty of fluid and a good charge and that I should just drive it around and charge the battery up. I did, but now that I haven't driven in a few days it won't start OR jump start. There is a click and lights come on, so I don't know if it may be the starter. I am even willing to trying to replace it on my own, but should I begin with a new starter or a new battery?

  1. Get a cold crank battery. and also replace the atl...
  2. Check your battery terminals to see if they are still tighten. Sometime it spark and moves when u start the car.Or Try to jump start other cars by your current battery. Then u will see if problem s the battery or not.
  3. its a bad connection or loose cable on the battery or the starter check the wires at the starter then make sure cables on batt clean then tight
  4. Battery first. Alternator Second. Fuel pump and filter third , starter last
  5. get a battery,,,its your battery
