Which real estate firms in Houston are best for new agents: Century 21, RE/MAX, Keller Williams, Weichert etc.?
Lately I've noticed that there are many job postings from agencies that provide classes to obtain the Texas Real Estate Salesperson license. I'm seeking the best (in regards to training & support). If there is a better company that the ones listed above, please let me know. Thanks!

- Coldwell Banker, Prudential have the best training and mentoring programs. Re/Max typically only takes seasoned agents, Keller Williams is different in that you own a piece, and Wiechert is big on the east coast, but here in the midwest, I haven't seen any real support, training from my broker. You need to talk with each Broker to find out what they provide to their new agents and how much it costs. You do realize that being a realtor is the same as owning your own store? It takes capital to get started, and in this economy it's tough. Best of luck
