Best website to look up BANK OWNED PROPERTIES.?

I keep finding websites that want me to pay, but are there any good free ones where I can do decent searches? (I'm not happy with realtor.com, zillow.com or the yahoo real estate websites, so don't recommend those.) I'm in Northern California OK then, recommend a good "real estate website".

1. Check the actual bank websites Such as Bank of America or Wells Fargo.... they are free sites and you can usually find the REO properties there.
2. Foreclosure sites are notoriously inaccurate, don't bother. Find your REOs on a real estate website, lenders are not in the RE business, that is why they hire Realtors to sell their properties.
