If you rent a car through Priceline, will they accept discount coupons at the rental counter?

Just want to know if it's worth my effort to track down discount coupons, if you have already made your reservation.

2. When you rent a car through Priceline, you pay for the rental when you book it. So no, you can't use a coupon at the counter. I have been offered upgrades at the counter, but only rarely.
