Franklin Mint Pocket Watches??? Anyone own one?

Does anyone own one or more Franklin Mint collectable/commemorative pocket watches? Are they decent quality? Do they seem well made enough to actually use, or are they more of a display only item? Are they labeled water resistant? Thanks.

1. They damn well better be decent quality for the price they charge, but most people buy them for display purposes, whether it be watches, knives, etc. As far as water resistant goes, don't get me to lying.
