Are all online bidding sites scams, I want to know if swipebids, bidfun, swoopo, or bigdeal are for real?

If these or any others are real or a scam let me know and give me proof.

1. All 4 of the sites have poor reputations. They are all variations of the "pay to bid" concept. Swoopo charges you 60¢ for every bid. You pay if you lose. The problem is that they make you bid in 1¢ increments. That generates more money for them. Swipebids has horrible reviews. It is "free" after you pay their $150 non-refundable fee. BidFun has bad reviews. They lie and lie. BigDeal has a few good comments but there are many unhappy customers.
2. Yes any online auction site that gives false information as to who they are or won't disclose a physical location of the business is a scam.Be sure that any address given is not phony. Email and chat contact only types are definely scams, Would you hand your wallet over to a complete stranger?
