How can i straighten out a leather belt?

I have two leather belts and both of them are horribly curved from the middle (where the hook in the back of my jeans is) so there all bent out of shape. is there a way to fix this/prevent it? the belt isn't curved as in its not lying falt anymore, its not sttraight its like this now "~"

1. with a iron. HOT HOT IRON then so it dosent burn use some ICE ICE BABY! DODODODODODODOODO water with red food colouring a cow cuz thats where the leather came from if you fat and heavy sit on it. no dude juist bend it the other way
2. umm, sit something realllllllly heavy on it for a few days:)
