Do women wearing a tight wide leather belt manage to eat properly without unbuckling their belt?

I don't mean stretchy belts, I mean fully leather or may be synthetic. Of course a woman whose plan is to eat a lot wouldn't probably squeeze her waist in that occasion with such a belt when choosing her clothes. Still women with wide tight leather belt do have meals....so what do they do? Do they unfasten their belt? Do they do it in public? Thinking also about some tight jeans worn with a tight thick belt....

1. not really no. It would kind of hurt and she would have trouble breathing. tight jeans won't affect it. Just the belt. and no. for a women's pride they would not take off their belt in public unless they don't really care who see's or unless they are younger than 9.
2. they just deal with it may be a little uncomfy for a little while but we just get on with it. I don't think you would unfasten it. if it bothers you pop to the loo and unfasten it for 5mins then put it back on but if i was you i would just keep it on.
