Does anybody recognize this book?

I remember quite a few years ago reading a book. It was a romance novel. It's about a young woman who has a brother with a messed up arm and her dad is basically not good for anything. Her dad ends up auctioning her off and a man buys her. She is married off to this man. I don't remember a lot of the story but I do remember her falling in love with him and there were several plot twists. I remember liking the book and would like to find out the title and author so I can find it again.

2. that is close to this book by francine rivers. it has a girl on it with a flowy red dress. it is close to what you are looking for. her mom gives her away and she then is sold into protitution. she then gets taken away by this man who loves her and marries her cause god says so. it has many plot twists to, and is a really good book. you should check it out. it called redeeming love.
