Do you know of any contractor bidding sites.?

Hey everyone. A few days ago, I came across a site where individuals can post jobs they need done around the house (i.e. refinishing floors, renovating), and contractors bid on these jobs. However, I can not seem to find it again! Does anyone know of any Canadian websites that offer this service? Thanks so much.
