Does snipe swipe beat ebay's automatic bidding?

If I have Snipe Swipe set to get something in the last few seconds, will it beat ebay's automatic bidding(their maximum bid thing)? Fro example, if I use Snipe Swipe for an item that is $20 and say someone else has a max bid of $30, and the minimum bid is $21. When Snipe Swipe bids at the end would it win?
