1. If you are always being outbid; it means someone is willing to pay more than you. If you bid in small amounts at a time the next bidder can guess your bidding ways; so bid once, bid the highest amount you are willing to pay, and bid in the last 5 seconds. If you still get outbid you dont want it as much as the winner
