Will eBay tell my user name to the seller if I report shill bidding?

Hi. I doubt a seller is shill bidding on eBay. This person has listed over 30 items and most of the bids are made by new users who don't have feedback in the past. Everytime someone who has feedback made maximum bid, they got outbid by the new users... So I want eBay to investigate the seller. Will eBay tell my user name to the seller if I report shill bidding? I want to do something right of course , but I also want to avoid troubles because this seller seems kinda psycho as long as I read the feedback... Thanks!

1. Hi, Any reported listing will NOT show your name to the seller at all. When user id's were visible you could see more info & other auctions the "shill" placed bids on.
