What do you call those belts that look like a corset and where could I get one?

I'm talking about those dark looking thick belts that you put around your waist and tye it on the back like a corset, but it doesn't cover the boob part, just the waist until a little bit below the waist. Thos that people wear over a white blouse, Thank you! Please provide links if you know where I can get one, thank you!
