HELP Shipping problems with Amazon.com?

OKAy I ordered this Ashton Drake doll on Amazon.com on Saturday 5/22/10.It said it would ship in 2-3 Business day(5/24-5/25- Today)I have checked my account and it is showing that my items hasn't shipped yet.They ordered this doll directly from www.collectiblestoday.SO I went to collectibles today and clicked on"Track my Order" and on there it says that my doll has shipped already.I am SO confused!!Is Amazon just slow with updating their shipment status or something or is all my shipping info on www.collectiblestoday?

1. No -it's the merchant. They need to enter the tracking info and confirm that they sent it. I sell through amazon and that is how it works. Until the merchant enters the info into amazon, they have no updates on the status.
