- I've been close to forecloser before but always managed to pay them....but as far as i know once the process is complete....the only way u could get it back is 2 buy it again.....but maybe someone else has some other ways
- my house was forclosed on last year, you can't stop the forclosure unless you pay the mortgage company the amount of money you owe them. it will be auctioned soon mine was auctioned 4 months after forclosure. you will have no other way of ever getting it back.
- Once your house has been foreclosed upon, that's it, you can't get it back unless you bought it back, but that option is very unlikely because once you've been foreclosed upon banks will not want to lend to you anymore. The bank has it for sale in hopes that someone will buy it so they don't lose more money on it. Once it goes to auction they are more likely to get less for it, so that is a last resort to get it off of their hands. You are not alone, there are thousands and thousands of people going losing their homes through foreclosure right now. It's a sad situation. I hope things start getting better for you and your family soon.
