Are women wearing stockings and garter belts to the office more often?

The women in my office building have always worn nylons, but I just assumed they were pantyhose. I've recently started noticing women wearing stockings instead (i've caught a glimpse on a few occasions). Is this becoming a new trend or have they always worn stockings and garters?

1. Stockings and garters come around in fashion again and again. Pantyhose are much more practical, but every generation seems to like to play with stockings for a time.
2. All 3 are women's classics. Any classy woman who knows anything about practicality, fashion and sex appeal know that they're of use. ;)
3. Many women know the everlasting benefits of stockings and garters.
4. Depends on the women, and on your job. Women where I work have to carry supplies to clients, slacks are much more practical when doing lots of walking, lifting and carrying products that can easily tear stockings up.
