Has any Real Estate agents left Keller Williams to go to Coldwell Banker?

I'm with Keller Williams in the Los Angeles area right now, but have been keeping my eye on what the agents at CB are doing, it seem like they have more agents doing bigger things!! I'm THINKING of leaving to join a big time agents team here. Any thoughts?? Should I just stay where I'm at??

1. I have been in real estate sales for 32 years so far. I have not been with either of these companies. But I can tell you that you will be a success or failure based on you- much more than what franchise you are with. You will find the same problems and shortcomings follow you to any new company. The agents I see that change companies always have a problem getting the old customers to remember where they went.
2. This is a tough call. I understand the lure to another company, but as an experienced Realtor you need to remember the playing field is even and the CB agents do not have any advantages other than their ability to secure bigger and better clients by promoting themselves better. I suggest you not change companies on the potential possibility of gaining a bigger scope of business, but instead I suggest you make friends with them (take them out to lunch) and find out if the ones doing the big business you envy, need another team member that you could assume. Don't let a little envy make you lose sight of the big picture.
