how to be a seller on Yahoo Auctions Japan?

i been bidding on Y!Auction for months its not that hard for me though,i live in Japan i am registered too... my problem now is how could i be a seller on Yahoo Auction Japan? i read the site about selling but i dont know what step 4 means?? the verification thing...anyone who can explain this??? thanks in advance

1. In regular selling registration, there is no Step 4. I think you are stuck at member registration process which comes before selling. If you want to sell there, you need to be Yahoo! Premium Member. Are you already the one? If not, you have to be one.
2. It's not impossible I suppose but needless to say you would have disadvantages such as shipping costs, credibility issues(as a foreigner), shipping time, money transaction and so on. So when stuff you want to sell are also sold by the other members of the auction who are doing that from Japan, you are less likely to have bidders. If you been living in Japan, then you won't have those issues.
