Les scratch disk status and beauty products is no cost. Does this mean the disks will play okay?

1. It's a kind of broken English? My guess is, "less scratch on the disk, and the product is in good status." but I cannot figure out the part "is no cost." But it's just a guess. If you post the URL of the product, I may guess it right.
