Belt Auction

Am I ever going to get my 250GB hard drive from this eBay seller?

The shipping time in the auction was listed as priority usually ships within 1 business day April 30 I bought a 250gb hard drive in ebay auction for $70 May 5 Seller Says I am sorry for the delay, I had my finals this week and haven't checked. Honestly I forgot I had listed it. Will be shipped tomorrow morning. Thank you for your patience. May 7 I do not have your zip code otherwise I would have sent it Wednesday. It is not on any information to the shipping address that I have. I have it all ready to go and everything is good but the zip. Please let me know I want to ship it today for you. May 7 Would it be 89115 for the Zip code? (Yes it is) May 7 Ok, on the way to send it first class with a tracking number to be updated on here. Sorry for the inconvenience. May 8 Now I shipped the package, but on the way home I was in a car accident and I am not sure where I put the tracking number, but I will try to find it. What's next hes going to call and tell me that usps notified him that the mailman drove off a cliff!!! This is ridicoulous. I'm guessing the hard drive isn't going to show up all of next week either and I can't get on Xbox Live till I get it. Edit: it was May 9 that he mentioned the car accident (today) not May 8

  1. if you dont get it ebay gives money back http://www.xgamerz.net il give you all the tips u need just join the forum :)
  2. That does sound like a big lie. I'd give him a few more days and if it doesn't show up, let him know you will be opening a claim with eBay about it. If that doesn't kick him into gear, go ahead and open a dispute. It can take up to 45 days to get your money back and hopefully you used Paypal. They usually always side with the buyer especially if he cannot provide any proof that he did try to send it. You have plenty of proof in the messages that he hadn't sent it yet and the excuses seem completely made up.
  3. eBay has rules regarding this--I believe after 7 days you can file a claim with eBay for seller malpractice or something. And, for future reference, ***only buy from eBay sellers with high seller ratings!!*** ~Scottie
