What Happens If I Don't Spend All Of My Budget In Yahoo FFL Auction Draft?

Also in a standard yahoo auction draft, does it cost to add players that are FA?

1. Nothing. After the auction, the salaries don't matter. Just play regular.
2. In standard yahoo leagues, the unused "cash" is worthless and forgotten. FA pickups are not subject to dollar values and will follow your league's settings for dealing with adds/drops.
