How much was your car at Philadelphia Public Auto Auction?

Has anyone ever been to the Philadelphia Public Auto Auction? I'm looking to buy a car for about $500-$650. I wanted to know if this is enough? Or how much will I need? I'm not looking to spend a lot on a starter car. Thanks!!!
