How much money a real estate agent make on a home sale?

Hi. I know that when a sale is made then an agent represents the seller and another agent represent the buyer will get commission. How much the agent from buyer will get if the commission percent is 2.5% let's say for a $300K properties in Toronto, Ontario Canada? This agent will also need to give some of that money to the broker company(example:Remax). So how much this agent will make? Thanks.
