Which real estate company is best for new agents?
Considering going with Metro Brokers because they do offer tuition reimbursement and continuing education training if you sign up with them. Wanted to know if Keller Williams, Solid Source, Remax offer a good foundation for new agents. I need a place that truly offers the support, field training, and a soild foundation needed for an agent to become successful. Best answer gets 10pts! Thanks in advance!

- I like AJ Properties! :)
- i am looking at the same problem (just taking course 2 right now), from what i read, keller williams is supposingly very good for training, i don't know the others here other than remax, but i didn't hear good things about them. also, as a tip from someone else, it will depend a lot on your own personality, how entrepreneurial you are because of the commission sharing, if you need a lot of help, you want to consider a brokerage that offers that, but in exchange they will charge you more, etc. the person mentioned that in all of the years in real estate, he was always asked about how much commission he charges the client, not what brokerage he's with, saying that branding might not be that important. good luck!!
- This is what I tell new agents. Certain franchises have a reputation for being better with new agents as far as mentoring and coaching. But it does not matter what name is on the door, it matters who is operating that franchise. Some brokerages will give you some keys and a phone and expect you figure it out. Others will pair you with an agent, or have very structured course work and contact management activities that you need to do. What I suggest: Talk to a few brokerages. This is a rare business where people will be fighting over you because you do not get paid unless you produce, so the risk is very low for the brokerage. Ask about their training program before you get into split and such. Of course you want the best compensation package with the lowest amount of fees, but a percentage of zero is still zero.
