Am recently was suited by a auto finance company and the judge granted them judgment?

Well this is where it get very interesting in court I was told that my car was stole at auction for $425.00 I was not aware or giving any notification of the sale of the car no paper work anything.I localed the new owner of the car and asked did she purchases the car at a local auction she stated no that she purchase this car from a car lot owned by the same owner I purchase the car from and was finance by the same company for $12,259.20 the amount they are suiting me for is this legal? They can lied in court to gain judgment, freezing bank accounts, garnish wages this company have place financial hardship on me do anyone know what I could do? I voluntary returned the car cause there where major engine problems and I had it less than 13mos. and was told the problem was repaired but wasn't and the wanted to charge me $4000.00 Am sorry( sued) in court thank you
