Is Zynga giving away farm cash in farmville?

When I went to my farm today a message box popped up at the bottom of the screen, where the messages telling you about collectibles and bushels go. Unfortunately the message box didn't get displayed properly and the only thing visible was the "X" to click on to dismiss the message. As the message box moved back down and out of view it fully appeared and said something about "50 free farm cash" but it disappeared before I could read the rest or click on it. Has anyone else seen this message? What did it say?

1. Referring to your main question-no, no Zynga is not giving away farmcash You can however-(if the system is still the same) earn one farmcash per-level. I was level 27 by the time I quit playing, and I had 27 FarmCash. hope I helped!
2. Yes even it happened to me too...dont know what it is and i didnt get any cash too... :(
