Are there a lot of fake Chinese antiques on the market, especially porcelain and furniture?

I am just starting collecting ancient Chinese porcelain. I looked at some photos provided on web sites of some auction houses located across the country. Quiet a few look so fake based on my limited knowledge. Anyone knows anything about fake Chinese antiques, especially porcelain? Are there a lot of fake Chinese antiques on the market?

1. yes... unfortunately there are many fakes T.T it'd be hard to find a real one... sigh...
