Are penny bidding sites legit? Can penny burners be trusted?

Penny bidding sites seem cool but can they be trusted. I looked on penny burners for their verifications which is nice, but can that site be trusted on their verifications.

1. i think they're the biggest ripoff ever. considering you have to 'BUY' your votes for an outlandish fee. sure, they SAY people just bought a 2010 car for 900 bucks, but how can that be proven? i'd steer clear of these types of sites. let them sucker money from all the squids and waldos out there.
