Belt Auction

Why can't you ban people with little or no feedback from bidding on your Ebay auctions?

People with less than 5 feedback are almost always trolls bidding on your items for the lulz and then not paying. Ebay doesn't protect sellers at all, the least they could do is allow us to protect ourselves. They are totally unresponsive. W@e complain, and then two months later they punish us some more. But they're the only game in town.

  1. Probably because they don't want to stop new users from using their site. If you have complaints about eBay, why not whine to their customer service staff instead of here?
  2. You can create a list for yourself to block certain bidders by name. Go to http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/manage_bidders_ov.html#block You can also add to your listing that if someone has less than 5 feedback please don't bid. I dont know what LULZ means.
  3. Ebay would never expand if this were possible.
  4. I post in my ads that due to lack of feedback understanding people with low feedback must email me before bidding. You are right I had to start this because they have no understanding of feedback ratings or they never pay.Ebay does nothing to help a seller.
