What's Stopping a Person from bidding only at the end of an auction on Quibids?

I have seen people complain at the cost of all the bids needed to win an auction, and I was wondering if there is anything in place on the site to stop a person from just bidding at the end of the auction. Bidding at the end would only require a few bids from someone which should only cost a couple dollars in bids.
