Is it unethical to share inside information with my company who is bidding a construction job for my church?

I know the amount my church has budgeted for a construction project. Would it be unethical to share this information with my company's estimator who is bidding the project? I want the outcome to go well for both parties.

3. Very unethical. Besides I am sure you will get some nice kickback for your information. So you are more interested in that outcome.
