who is responsible for repairs on a home that I'm renting that is in foreclosure?

The house i'm renting just sold at a auction back to us bank and now I have ice damns on my roof,my ceiling has been leaking and my basement flooded... who do I call to repair these things or am I just screwed?

1. If the bank is the owner you need to let the bank know. I have found that some banks will fix the problems and some will say they are not willing to fix the problems. Your best bet is going to be to track down who is in charge of your home with US Bank and talk with them to see what they will do, not do, or work out with you.
2. The owner. So the bank. They'll likely be kicking you out anyway, so I wouldn't stress over it.
3. The bank will be the one your looking for! Once the bank takes over the owner that rented to you has no more rights to the property.
